Law Staff Legal Recruitment is seeking an Insolvency Litigation Solicitor with 4–6 years PQE to join a Top Legal 500 firm in the City. The role focuses on contentious insolvency work, disputes, and client‑facing matters.

The successful candidate will handle High Court and County Court litigation, draft documents, manage deadlines, and build a caseload under partners and colleagues. Strong communication and commercial awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years as a Solicitor in the UK specialising in Contentious Insolvency.
• Degree with 2:1 (or equivalent).
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Litigation in High Court and County Court for insolvency matters.
• Drafting documents and assisting in managing dispute resolution.
• Interacting with clients, managing expectations, and meeting deadlines.
• Providing support to partners and other fee-earners; developing own caseload.
