THE ROLE

We have a vacancy for an Insolvency Solicitor c 4-6 PQE to join a top ranking insolvency and restructuring practice

The Team predominantly acts on contentious insolvency matters, with restructuring and non-contentious insolvency advice provided alongside

You will be dealing with a varied and high profile workload, in a client facing role, the work will cover:-

High Court and County Court insolvency litigation, mediation, and other forms of dispute resolution

Supporting the partners on more complex matters

The role will involve participating in business development activities, and the supervision and mentoring of junior team members

THE CANDIDATE

You will have at 4 + PQE as an Insolvency Solicitor with a focus on contentious insolvency work, ideally gained working for a leading law firm or similar

You will have excellent technical skills and previous experience in the High Court

You will be ready to make a career move to a new role offering opportunities for career development and personal growth
