Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with insolvency, corporate recovery or commercial litigation experience.

Working with insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors, businesses and other stakeholders, you’ll advise on a broad range of corporate and personal insolvency matters, encompassing both contentious and non-contentious work.

The Role:

The Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Insolvency, Corporate Recovery or Commercial Litigation
• Previous litigation experience ideally gained within a disputes or insolvency practice
• Experience in corporate restructuring and advisory work
• Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills
• Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to client service
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Able to manage competing priorities effectively
• Ambitious and motivated to develop a long term career in insolvency and restructuring
