Job summary

William James Recruitment is seeking an Insolvency & Corporate Recovery Solicitor for a Manchester-based role. You will work with insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors, and stakeholders on a broad range of corporate and personal insolvency matters, both contentious and non-contentious, with client contact from day one.

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Insolvency, Corporate Recovery or Commercial Litigation.
• Previous litigation experience preferably in disputes or insolvency practice.
• Experience in corporate restructuring and advisory work.
• Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills.
• Commercially minded with a pragmatic client service approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
