Insolvency Case Manager - Swansea (Remote)

Brook Street is working with a well-known organisation in Swansea to recruit an Insolvency Case Manager. This is a permanent, fully remote position with an attractive salary dependent on experience. Candidates must hold the CPI (Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency).

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from post-appointment handover to closure, ensuring compliance and effective progression.
• Engage with directors of insolvent companies, agents, and solicitors.
• Prepare and implement case strategies, liaising with key stakeholders including secured creditors and directors.
• Delegate and monitor case tasks to ensure timely and effective completion.
• Manage financial aspects of cases.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required with a degree of autonomy in decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience with IPS system is advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, empathetic approach.
• Analytical mindset and driven to achieve optimal outcomes for stakeholders.
• Willingness to undertake further training and development.
• Team player with a friendly and supportive attitude.
• Significant experience in insolvency, with management experience in a similar role.
• JIEB/CPI qualification preferred but not essential.
