Job summary

FRP Advisory Group is seeking a Case Closure Team Administrator to support Partners and Directors across the UK in closing insolvency cases efficiently and accurately. You will own delegated tasks, ensuring progress to agreed timescales, while maintaining confidentiality and quality in all documentation.

The role involves liaising with directors, creditors and debtors, providing reports, and assisting junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' insolvency experience of case management.
• Good working knowledge of IPS.
• Highly organized and able to prioritise effectively.
• Delivers accurate, high-quality work with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, positive and self-motivated with clear written and verbal communication.
• Works collaboratively and contributes positively to team performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and professional administration of a delegated insolvency portfolio.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports, correspondence and insolvency documentation.
• Liaise confidently and professionally with directors, creditors and debtors.
• Maintain checklists and diary lines to ensure visibility, control and momentum.
• Monitor fees and arrange drawings regularly in line with creditor resolutions.
• Safeguard confidentiality across all client and case matters.
• Take ownership of delegated work, delivering promptly and to a high standard.
• Support junior colleagues through practical guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Provide administrative support to ensure closures are completed effectively.
• Adapt to changing workload priorities, including occasional overtime where required.
• Keep technical knowledge current through self-development and awareness of industry updates and case law.
