Job summary

ECS Recruitment Limited is recruiting two Insolvency Administrators for Doncaster and Sheffield. This established, close-knit practice handles 200–300 cases a year and maintains a supportive, collaborative environment.

You will manage a varied caseload across corporate and personal insolvency, prepare statutory reports and notices, and assist investigations into company conduct and asset realisations. With direct access to IPs and Directors, you will benefit from clear progression as the firm

Qualifications

• Insolvency experience, ideally around 2 years.
• Strong attention to detail with numeric confidence.
• Good Excel skills; IPS experience is an advantage.
• Exposure to administrations is a bonus.
• Organised and proactive, comfortable handling sensitive queries.

Responsibilities

Insolvency Administrator

Doncaster or Sheffield | £22,000–£30,000 DOE | Full-time, office-based

An established independent insolvency practice in South Yorkshire is adding two Insolvency Administrators, one to its Doncaster team and one to its Sheffield team.

This is a close-knit firm of around 25 people handling 200–300 cases a year. The work is mainly CVLs, and the firm is increasingly winning more complex appointments, including administrations. You'll run a varied caseload with direct access to the IPs and Directors, which is rare at a larger firm.

What you'll do:

• Manage a varied caseload across corporate and personal insolvency procedures
• Prepare statutory reports, notices and correspondence to regulatory deadlines
• Support investigations into company conduct and asset realisations
• Reconcile case bank accounts and keep case files accurate and audit-ready
• Deal with creditors, directors, debtors, banks and legal representatives
• Spot risks early and escalation issues to keep cases compliant

What they're looking for:
