Job summary

Confidential in Sheffield is seeking an Insolvency Case Administrator or Case Manager to join their team. The role offers £28,000 to £35,000 plus Benefits, dependent on experience.

You will manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases and develop your career within a growing practice. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ insolvency experience, strong report writing and communication skills, and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience within corporate insolvency.
• Proven ability to write reports and communicate clearly.
• Proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple cases.
• Familiarity with IPS case management system or similar.
• CPI qualification would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases from initiation to completion.
• Analyse financial information to support case assessment.
• Liaise with creditors, debtors, legal professionals and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and correspondence in line with statutory requirements.
• Ensure regulatory deadlines and obligations are met throughout the process.
• Maintain organized case files on IPS system.

Due to growth our client is currently looking for an Insolvency Case Administrator / Case Manager to join their highly experienced fun team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator with 2 years' experience within Insolvency to develop their career within Corporate Insolvency.

Our clients requires a minimum of 2 years' experience within corporate insolvency, have proven success managing a varied case load in an insolvency/restructuring and recovery practice, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and have a proactive approach to work, be prepared to go the extra mile to achieve the right result and CPI qualified would be advantageous but not a necessity.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases from initiation through to completion, ensuring all procedural steps are followed accurately and efficiently.
• Undertake detailed analysis of financial information, including assets, liabilities, and cash flows, to support case assessments and decision-making.
• Gather information with creditors, debtors, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to facilitate case progress and resolve inquiries.
• Assist with and or prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence in accordance with statutory requirements and internal standards.
• Support the team in complying with regulatory deadlines and legal obligations throughout the insolvency process.
• Maintain organized case files on IPS case management system ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and timely.
• Assisting and offering guidance to junior members of the team

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience within corporate insolvency
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products and IPS.
• Good report writing skills
• Strong and confident communicator.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work alone and be part of a team
• On-going training will be provided in order to keep the department up to date with changes to legislation.
