You will onboard new clients, support renewal and upsell opportunities with the commercial team, and guide the team through a transformation to new tools and processes under the Insights Operations Director.

This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover role working across our Vuelio brand, covering our current Insights Manager while she's on leave. The Insights Manager is the frontline lead for our Insights team: managing three Insights Executives day to day, while also directly owning a portfolio of our own high-profile client relationships.
Client delivery is a central part of the role. You'll be responsible for the quality and consistency of our media analysis reporting, the smooth onboarding of new clients, and supporting the growth of existing accounts - working closely with the commercial team to spot and act on opportunities for renewal, upsell and retention.
You'll manage the workflow of the three Insights Executives reporting to you, coordinating with production teams to ensure reports are delivered on time and to a high standard, and providing the guidance, training and quality control that keeps the team performing well.
We're developing new tools that will change how the team works day to day. Ownership of that transformation sits with the Insights Operations Director, but you'll play a part in making sure your team adopts the new ways of working smoothly.
You will report to our Insights Operations Director, who leads the wider Insights function.
All staff have a responsibility and an essential role to play in safeguarding Pulsar Group’s information and that of its customers. You are required to take all reasonable steps to comply with the Pulsar Group Information Security Policy and the policies and processes outlined in the Pulsar Group Information Security Management System (ISMS).
We can all play a part in creating the inclusive and diverse environment that enables us to do our best work through being welcoming to others, considerate of difference, responsible in our behaviour, constructive in disagreement and open to learn.
We know that innovation thrives in teams where diverse points of view come together to solve hard problems. As such, we are explicitly seeking individuals who will bring diverse life experience, diverse educational background, diverse culture, and diverse work experience. Please be prepared to share with us how your perspective will bring something unique and valuable to our team.
Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience (12-month fixed-term contract) plus a 10% performance based bonus.
