Job summary

emagine is seeking a Business Manager/Insights Analyst to provide hands-on analytical and PMO-style support to the central team, turning messy inputs into clear insights, trackers, and executive-ready PowerPoint narratives. This role adds capacity to day-to-day priorities and requires a proactive, collaborative approach.

Key responsibilities include analyzing large datasets, building trackers and KPI dashboards, translating problems into structured analyses, and delivering executive-ready packs

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel capability for large, messy datasets and trackers.
• Strong PowerPoint capability for executive-facing narratives.
• Proven ability to generate insight from data and identify drivers.
• Comfortable in a complex, matrixed organisation with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborative, proactive mindset and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (Copilot/Claude) and ethical use.

Responsibilities

• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and KPI reporting for transformation and performance.
• Translate ambiguous problems into structured analyses and actionable outputs.
• Produce executive-ready PowerPoint packs with storyline, charts, and commentary.
• Provide PMO-style support including portfolio views, progress reporting, and RAID tracking.
• Support general team activity and ad-hoc requests; handle confidential information with judgement.
