Job summary

Levy UK & Ireland is seeking an Insights Manager for Jockey Club Experiences in London, Liverpool, or Birmingham. The role focuses on delivering data and insights to support pricing, operations, and guest experience, while partnering with decision-makers across venues.

You will develop action plans with operations to maximise revenue, inform ROI, and deliver sustainable business practices through robust analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn new skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI or similar tools desirable.
• Financial training or exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic data and insights to venue decision-makers on pricing, operations, and guest experience.
• Develop action plans with operations to maximise revenue and margin and inform ROI models.
• Provide insights to support sustainable business practices and decision-making.
• Create data tooling to inform decisions around venue changes and enhancements.
• Collaborate with BUILT team to identify technology opportunities and monitor post-implementation performance.
• Prepare client reporting packs with financial and operational metrics to maximise value.
• Design data ingestion and cleansing processes and own end-to-end automated reporting.
• Participate in internal client review meetings to drive learnings and improvements.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and take ownership of processes.
• Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
