Job summary

Levy UK & Ireland is seeking an Insights Manager for Jockey Club Experiences across London, Liverpool or Birmingham. You will deliver a holistic package of data and insights to venue decision-makers, influencing pricing, operations, and guest experience.

You will work with operations to maximise revenue, build ROI models, and support sustainable business practices. The role requires advanced Excel, strong analytical skills, and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Advanced level Excel skills required.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics tools desirable.
• Financial training or exposure desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic data and insights to decision makers at venues covering pricing, operations, and guest experience.
• Develop action plans with operations to maximise revenue and ROI.
• Provide data tools and insights to inform sustainable business practices.
• Design data ingestion and cleansing processes to inform reporting for internal and external users.
• Produce client reporting packs with financial performance and operational statistics.
