Job summary

Chartwells Independent seeks an Insights Manager for Jockey Club Experiences in London, with options for Liverpool or Birmingham. You will deliver data and insights to venue decision-makers across pricing, operations and guest experience using cutting-edge analytics.

You'll partner with operations and finance to develop ROI models and drive sustainable improvements, while building data ingestion and reporting tooling for internal and client reporting.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
• A growth mindset
• Expertise in Microsoft Power BI or similar analytical tools desirable
• Financial training or exposure desirable

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic data and insights to decision makers across venues covering pricing, operations, commercial, sustainability and guest experience.
• Develop action plans with operations to maximise revenue and margins; inform ROI models and ROI analysis.
• Provide insights and data tools to inform sustainable business practices and decision making.
• Deliver data support around guest experience including data collection methodologies.
• Work with BUILT team to identify opportunities for technology and innovation to improve performance.
• Prepare client reporting packs with financial performance, operations statistics and value-add analytics.
• Design and develop data ingestion and cleansing processes for automated reporting.
• Support internal review meetings with operations, finance and HR to deliver learnings.
• Demonstrate growth mindset and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
