Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and data visualization capabilities.
• Experience using analytics to influence decision making and present data clearly.
• Experience with political, regulatory or institutional audiences is valuable.
• Translating audience insights into practical recommendations.
• Familiarity with primary research techniques and AI-enabled insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of drivers of corporate reputation externally.
• Embed AI-enabled research, social listening and horizon scanning.
• Refine measurement processes across audiences for accurate representation.
• Champion insight-led strategy and present developments to senior leaders.
• Lead insight projects and undertake horizon scanning, market/competitor scans.
• Deliver ad hoc insights to inform decision making.
