Job summary

FirstMind in London is seeking an Insights Consultant to guide organisations to achieve targets through their employees. You’ll drive the end-to-end sales journey, analyse talent profiles and coach leaders and teams to improved performance.

You will develop 1:1 feedback sessions, nurture relationships with clients, and contribute to workshops and learning materials while continuing your own development within a dynamic, ambitious team.

Qualifications

• Experience and keen interest in psychology, recruitment, behaviour, sales and coaching.
• UK, US or EU work permit.

Responsibilities

As an Insights Consultant at FirstMind you will be a crucial part of the entire sales journey from start to end - from lead sourcing, nurturing and selling through 1:1 development conversations with people in large and small businesses. You will be analysing and understanding talent profiles, educating and ensuring that our clients succeed in understanding their employees, so that they achieve the best possible outcomes in their organisation.

Your responsibilities
