Job summary

The Perfume Shop is looking for a strategic Insight Strategy Manager to shape how data and insight steer decisions across the Customer team. You will lead the insight strategy, turning customer and market data into clear recommendations that drive growth and long-term direction.

You’ll partner with teams across the business to embed an increasingly data-led, customer-first approach, build capability, and lead the Insight Team to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in an insight, analytics, customer strategy or similar role translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to connect data sources.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and presenting insight to senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of customer behaviour, commercial performance and market trends.
• Experience leading, developing and supporting others.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the customer insight strategy embedded across the business.
• Own and evolve the insight roadmap, developing tools and ways of working.
• Turn complex data into clear recommendations that influence decisions and strategy.
• Identify growth opportunities, trends and risks from customer, behavioural and market insight.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure insight informs decisions at every level.
• Lead, coach and develop the Insight Team, fostering capability and accountability.
