Job summary

The Perfume Shop is seeking an Insight Strategy Manager to lead the development of our insight strategy, turning customer, commercial and market data into clear recommendations that drive performance and long-term direction.

You will work with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and build a data-led, customer-first approach to decision making while leading the Insight Team to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in an insight, analytics or customer strategy role translating data into recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across multiple data sources.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence decisions through insight.
• Strong stakeholder management and presenting insight to senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of customer behaviour, market trends and growth drivers.
• Experience leading and developing others to build capability.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the customer insight strategy across the business.
• Own and evolve the insight roadmap and improve tools and ways of working.
• Turn complex customer, commercial and market data into clear recommendations guiding decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities and risks from customer, behavioural and market insight.
• Partner with Customer, CRM, Digital, Commercial, Finance and Operations to embed insight in decisions.
• Lead and develop the Insight Team to foster continuous improvement and accountability.
