Overview
Overview We are recruiting for individuals to join our Insight Operations team to support the delivery of our Insight reports, based in our Birmingham office 2 days per week.
Working alongside our research writers and editors, the Insight Operations team are responsible for engaging with AI-processed raw commentary gathered from interviews and surveys and producing clean, anonymized, intelligible text that our Insight team can populate directly into reports. This role will play a crucial part in keeping report production on schedule and maintaining the high quality that our customers expect.
