Informed Recruitment Limited is helping a social enterprise expand its data capabilities in the housing and property tech sector. The Data Analyst will transform data into actionable insights and support data governance across the organisation.

You will manage data quality, develop reports and dashboards, deliver benchmarking and statutory returns, and promote data literacy, with a strong emphasis on Excel usage.

Qualificações

• Experience across data analysis, data management and data cleansing.
• Strong Excel skills are required.
• Background working with Social Housing and/or Property Asset Management data.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a data steward for the organisation and ensure data informs decision-making.
• Review data, provide reports, insights and analyses.
• Undertake market research and identify opportunities from data.
• Compile and maintain a Data Register and deliver performance monitoring.
• Deliver statutory reporting returns (e.g., Housemark, NROSH) and develop dashboards.
• Liaise on data across system implementations and upgrades; facilitate data literacy.

As a specialist provider of IT resource to the Housing & Property Technology markets, we are partnering with a Social Enterprise undertaking an exciting expansion and looking to bolster their services to customers and offering you the opportunity to work on some exciting projects as well as BAU.

The objective of the role will be to act as a data steward for a company and ensure that the organisation can be reliably informed by their data. Your day-to-day activities will cover a breadth of tasks from reviewing data and providing report, insight, and analysis, undertaking market research, identifying opportunities where data suggests and all associated documentation. You will also compline and maintain a Data Register, deliver performance monitoring, benchmarking, and analysis; compile all statutory reporting returns such as Housemark or NROSH; develop reports & dashboards; act as a data liaison for all system implementations & upgrades; and facilitate data literacy across the organization.
