Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in sales support or telemarketing within a freight forwarding company.
• Fluency in English both written and verbal; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Actively grow the customer base and enhance existing relationships.
• Support the sales team by organizing customer visits and resources.
• Research and secure best prices based on customer needs.
• Process shipping orders and adhere to internal procedures.
• Maintain high profit margins and ensure quick collection of payments.
