Job summary

AvantiGas is seeking an Internal Sales Advisor to join the busy Internal Sales & Support team in Staveley, Chesterfield. You will convert new leads into long-term domestic LPG customers over the phone and by email.

In a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you will build rapport quickly, negotiate confidently, and nurture a pipeline from first enquiry to signed agreement, contributing to growth and customer retention.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and selling skills demonstrated to convert leads into new business.
• Confident managing quotes and pricing to stay profitable and competitive.
• Excellent time management with ownership of the customer contact from first enquiry through to close.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with potential new customers, following up on every lead to achieve a high conversion rate.
• Demonstrate selling techniques, guiding prospective customers through the benefits of a domestic LPG supply agreement.
• Achieve targets across volume and revenue growth, lead conversion and re-contracting the existing portfolio.
• Manage price and offers within a pre-determined matrix, keeping deals within targets.
• Hit sales targets in line with broader business goals.
• Support ongoing automation of sales processes to improve customer experience.
