Job description

Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our Belfast client to recruit a new full-time and permanent Inside Sales Representative to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities
  • Initiate contact with potential and current customers to generate and qualify leads, promote the company's products and services, and close sales opportunities.
  • Profile and develop business relationships with prospective Sea Logistics customers through regular engagement.
  • Manage a small portfolio of house/branch accounts with a view to growth and GP development.
  • Develop solutions for customers based on a detailed understanding of their requirements.
  • Take pricing decisions in alignment with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Use sales strategies to maximize profit rather than selling at bottom-line prices.
  • Build rapport and relationships with customers.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations to customers.
  • Sell company services sustainably.

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Very good time management skills with the ability to set priorities, fulfill critical tasks on time, and meet deadlines.
