Job summary

DX Group is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our in-office team in NG10 Sandiacre. The role focuses on qualifying leads, setting appointments and building a robust pipeline to drive revenue.

You will work Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00, earning £27,000 plus commission with an OTE of £34k–£36k. A guaranteed £500 monthly bonus for four months in lieu of commission is offered, with opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or inside sales with a focus on appointment setting and pipeline development.
• Strong sales skills including cold calling, prospecting and qualification.
• Good time management, presentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound opportunities and pass onto field sales colleagues.
• Achieve and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Manage your own pipeline to ensure a constant flow of new business meetings.
• Develop and deliver targeted telemarketing campaigns.
