This role is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days a week in the office.

Job title: Inside Sales Associate

Location: Uxbridge, UK

Role overview: The Inside Sales Associate is a key member of the Client Operations team, providing administrative support to sales teams, managing client inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Respond promptly to all client queries to optimize sales activities and ensure excellent service.
  2. Collaborate with internal departments to meet client requests within relevant timescales.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely shipment of client orders.
  5. Manage internal sales processes including order processing, contracts, quotes, and renewals.
  6. Handle tickets, escalate when necessary, and keep information updated.
  7. Maintain online catalogues with accurate pricing and parts information.
  8. Contribute data to sales pitches, RFI, and RFPs as needed.

Required skills and experience:
  1. Experience working in a high-performing, target-driven team environment.
  2. Relevant business administration qualification or certification.
  3. High proficiency in written and spoken English.
  4. Proactive, confident communication skills.
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
  6. Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  7. Understanding of current IT products and technologies.
  8. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with experience in a sales environment.
  9. Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  10. Team player with proactive individual initiative.
