The Horder Centre in Crowborough is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Inpatient Ward Bank. You’ll deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care from admission through recovery, working with consultants, therapists and other nurses to achieve excellent outcomes.

We value clinical excellence and teamwork. NMC registration and a UK‑recognised nursing qualification are essential; orthopaedic experience is nice-to-have, while acute surgical experience is required.

Qualifications

• NMC registration and UK-recognised nursing qualification.
• Positive, caring and proactive approach.
• Experience in acute surgical setting is essential.
• Orthopaedic experience is desirable but not required.
• Strong communication within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Provide high‑quality, holistic nursing care from admission to recovery.
• Support junior nurses and new starters to help them thrive.
• Participate in audits, research and service improvement initiatives.
• Play an active role in emergencies and out‑of‑hours duty cover.
• Maintain infection control, safeguarding and professional practice standards.
