Job summary

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Inpatient Pathway Administrator to join the Eating Disorder Inpatient team at Maudsley Hospital. The role focuses on providing a professional administration service in a fast-paced ward environment, coordinating referrals, ward rounds and trainee support.

You will help maintain accurate waiting lists, coordinate meetings and minutes, and support recruitment and selection as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and confidential administration service and development of administrative processes.
• Screen telephone calls, as appropriate.
• Attend and minute meetings.
• Trace patient NHS details via the National Tracing System.
• Organise ward rounds, meetings, interpreters and translation where appropriate.
• Log faults and works with Estates and Facilities Department.
