Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced clinician (MPAC) for a part-time, fixed-term role in an inpatient intellectual disability service. You will provide leadership, assess and treat adults with complex needs, and work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.

The post requires Approved Clinician status, strong knowledge of Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act, and experience in secure or inpatient settings.

Qualificações

• NMC registration required.
• MSC or equivalent experience in mental health.
• Strong knowledge of Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act.
• Evidence of leadership and management qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychiatric and clinical leadership for inpatients.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic, clinical and risk assessments.
• Develop and oversee multidisciplinary, evidence-based care plans.
• Lead regular multidisciplinary ward rounds and CPA reviews.
• Collaborate with local teams, commissioners and families for smooth transitions.
