Job summary

Springwood Lodge, part of Elysium Healthcare, is seeking a Clinical Associate Psychologist to join a multidisciplinary inpatient team providing evidence-based assessment, formulation, and intervention in line with NICE guidance.

You will manage your own caseload, deliver individual and group psychological interventions, and contribute to staff training, governance, audits, and service development under HCPC supervision.

Qualifications

• Qualified Clinical Associate Psychologist with relevant registration expectations.
• Experience with personality disorders and mental health difficulties.
• Experience delivering one-to-one psychological interventions.

Responsibilities

• Assess, formulate, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate within the MDT and with service users and colleagues.
• Contribute to service development, governance, audits, and staff training.
