Job summary

Swansea Bay University Health Board in Swansea seeks staff to support inpatient and day patient catering and domestic duties. The role ensures IPC guidelines are followed and service levels are met within department policies.

Responsibilities

• Regenerate foods in line with cook-chill/cook-freeze guidelines.
• Deliver and return regeneration trolleys to/from the kitchen.
• Clean ward, kitchen, and equipment areas.
• Carry out general domestic duties as required by the service.
• Prepare and assemble crockery, cutlery and utensils for patient meals.
• Handle dishwashing and cleaning of floors and surfaces.
