Teledyne Gas & Flame Detection in Renfrew, UK seeks an experienced development engineer for full lifecycle software applications. You will design, code and test desktop applications, and contribute to front-end GUI development in a fast‑paced team.

Responsibilities include verification, maintenance, and documentation; project planning and agile workflows; and collaboration across engineering groups to deliver robust detection solutions.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with C#, C++, VB, HTML, PHP and SQL in desktop and embedded apps.
• Experience with Windows desktop GUI development and .NET framework.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle software applications development.
• Design, code and debug applications in various software languages.
• Frontend GUI design for Windows desktop apps.
