Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, production or engineering environment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations across current lines and new product introductions.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, build instructions and BOMs.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing issues to support delivery objectives.
• Contribute to industrial validation activities including process proving and risk assessments.
• Assist with engineering changes and configuration updates within manufacturing.
• Support non-conformance investigations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design teams to optimise products for manufacture.
• Assist tooling development and process improvements for future initiatives.
