Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

• Someone dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards.
• Experience in ensuring food safety, health and safety standards, and understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
