Job summary

Harris Hill is delighted to support a leading animal welfare organisation in the search for an Innovation Strategy Manager to join its Innovation Team. The role focuses on shaping and delivering the organisation's strategy, identifying trends and translating insights into practical action across teams.

You will build a strong pipeline, work with external partners and ensure evidence informs decisions. The position is based in Battersea, London with a hybrid working model (50% office-based).

Qualifications

• Experience framing problems and turning ambiguity into clear direction.
• Track record translating strategy into actionable plans.
• Experience implementing new processes, tools or ways of working.
• Strong research and evidence-led decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Experience working collaboratively across teams and disciplines.
• Experience engaging external partners to bring new ideas and expertise.
• Knowledge of innovation approaches such as design thinking, experimentation and impact measurement.

Battersea, London | Hybrid – 50% office-based

As Innovation Strategy Manager, you will help shape and deliver the organisation's innovation strategy, working across teams to identify challenges, generate insight and turn opportunities into practical action.

The role will focus on:
