Job summary

Osborne Clarke seeks a Service Innovation Lawyer (Projects & Infrastructure) to advance AI-enabled legal services. The role sits within our Projects & Infrastructure practice and the Osborne Clarke Solutions team, collaborating with partners and clients to design innovative delivery models and products.

The successful candidate will integrate with a cross-functional team, receive tailored AI training, and contribute to ongoing service innovation across OC jurisdictions.

Qualifications

Qualified as a Lawyer with strong knowledge of Projects & Infrastructure law.
Genuinely interested in AI, technology and service innovation, with curiosity to build expertise independently.
Able to break down complex client asks into clear, deliverable plans, using AI responsibly.

Responsibilities

Work directly with Projects & Infrastructure lawyers on live client matters to design and refine AI-enabled delivery of legal services.
Turn stakeholder requests into scoped, risk-aware plans with defined deliverables and timelines.
Identify and shape new AI-enabled products and services based on client feedback and market insight.
Act as a credible client-facing voice on AI, explaining delivery models, pricing, risk management and governance.
