Cerulean, part of Coesia, is seeking a proactive Project Manager for its Innovation and Development team in Milton Keynes. You will drive projects from inception through to production, coordinating engineers, suppliers and customers, while prototyping new concepts and validating them through proofs-of-concept.

Lead diverse teams, manage scope, budget and schedules, and push continuous improvement in project delivery. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Robotic Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 4–5 years PM experience in engineering/product development.
• Hands-on technical experience in engineering/automation/robotics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Manage product development projects from inception to production delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver engineering solutions within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Identify and coordinate project activities, resources, and milestones.
• Manage risks, resources, and dependencies, developing mitigation plans.
• Coordinate between Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Sales, Marketing, Suppliers and Customers.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
