London Tech Week is the UK’s flagship tech event, celebrating its 12th anniversary in 2024. Supported by the UK government, it connects start-ups, scale-ups, corporate innovation, technology transformation, policy, and leadership.

We work with partners like Informa Tech Founders and Tech London Advocates to deliver this event. The Innovation Programme Manager will oversee a portfolio of commercial innovation events and engagement activities within the Innovation Programmes team. Their main focus will be creating products that support our partner ecosystem's strategic priorities, working with corporates. They will also serve as the project lead for London & Partners' involvement in London Tech Week, ensuring the delivery of projects and fostering partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Programme Management: Manage cross-business teams, use project management methodologies, acquire speakers, develop strategies, and ensure operational efficiencies.
2. Communications & Stakeholder Management: Lead communications, raise awareness, build relationships with stakeholders, and manage internal and external engagement assets.
3. Content & Product Curation: Create and run high-quality commercial events, support event partners, oversee budgets, and develop relevant content with sector leads.
4. Community Engagement & Data Analysis: Manage alumni communities, monitor feedback, and analyze data to inform decision-making.

Skills & Competencies

• Proven success in planning and delivering business events.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience in community initiatives, KPI tracking, and working in a commercial environment.
• Ability to manage teams, negotiate, and handle diverse viewpoints professionally.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, strategic, and creative thinking skills.
