We are currently seeking an Innovation Planning Manager (Europe & ROW) to work with our global FMCG client Elida Beauty, renowned for brands such as V05, TIGI, Timotei, and Impulse. This role offers an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.

The position is based in Holborn, London. It is a full-time temporary role for 12 months, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The compensation is up to £61,000 per annum pro-rata, depending on experience.

There will be a requirement to work onsite 2-3 days per week, with flexibility depending on business needs. The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustments.

Your Role & Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Innovation Planning Manager with a strong growth mindset and a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate thrives in balancing brand, consumer, and customer needs, with the ambition to deliver significant profitable growth.

As the Innovation Planning Manager, you will support the commercial strategy and oversee innovation projects, collaborating with key stakeholders such as Marketing, R&D, Procurement, and Customer Development. There will be opportunities to work on new initiatives across supply chain and business functions as Elida evolves.

Your Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Execution

• E2E design and execution of Innovation Planning Team Strategy
• Develops network activities and innovation planning processes, ensuring timely delivery

Team Management, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement

• Manage a team of innovation planners to deliver projects on time
• Ensure agile delivery from idea to launch, including test launches and scale-up
• Deliver OTIF projects with a focus on margin improvement and sustainability

Partnership & Collaboration

• Collaborate with various departments to incorporate innovation into market plans
• Work with Planning Control Tower teams and supply chain functions to ensure timely delivery
• Integrate consumer trends and supply solutions through procurement and global planning

Process & Technology Management

• Maintain hygiene processes and lead technology transformations where relevant

Talent Catalyst

• Grow and nurture talent, including succession planning
• Represent Elida Beauty internally and externally with key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or supply chain management
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure independently
• Experience leading cross-functional global teams and taking responsibility
• Self-starter with results-driven mindset in agile environments
• Proficiency with MS Project and Excel
