Job summary

ABM UK is seeking a Manager, Innovation Enablement for the UK & Ireland, based at Heathrow with travel across the UK and Ireland. This role bridges centralized Product, Technology and Innovation teams with regional leadership, translating enterprise solutions into scalable outcomes.

You will enable and scale solutions, identify gaps, pilot new innovations, and lead stakeholder engagement. A strong background in technology enablement, change management, and cross-functional collaboration is

Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in technology enablement, innovation, product operations, consulting, or digital transformation roles.
Proven experience implementing and scaling enterprise solutions in complex, matrixed organizations.
Strong change management and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience working with product, engineering, or innovation teams without being a hands-on developer.
Ability to operate independently and drive execution in a regional, field-facing role.

Responsibilities

Lead the regional implementation and scaling of enterprise technology and innovation solutions across UK & Ireland.
Act as the primary UK&I liaison to centralized Product and Innovation teams for solution rollout.
Partner with UK&I leadership to drive adoption through on-the-ground training and enablement.
Coordinate change management and stakeholder alignment.
Identify process, data, and systems integration needs.
Monitor adoption, performance, and ROI of deployed solutions; surface insights to central teams.
