Job summary

ABM, Heathrow-based Manager, Innovation Enablement – UK & Ireland, translates enterprise technology and innovation into scaled, value-generating outcomes. This role bridges centralized Product, Technology, and Innovation teams with regional UK&I leadership and operations.

The role has two core mandates: enable and scale enterprise solutions, identify gaps and pilot new offerings, and drive stakeholder change across UK&I. Strong execution and cross-border collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

5-8+ years in technology enablement, innovation, product operations, consulting, or digital transformation roles.
Proven experience implementing and scaling enterprise solutions in complex organizations.
Strong change management and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience working with product, engineering, or innovation teams without hands-on development.
Ability to operate independently in a regional, field-facing role.

Responsibilities

Lead regional implementation and scaling of enterprise technology and innovation solutions across UK & Ireland.
Act as primary UK&I liaison to centralized Product and Innovation teams for solution rollout.
Drive adoption through on-the-ground training, change management, and stakeholder alignment.
