Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an analytical and delivery-focused professional to join the Innovation and Development Team within the Joint Transformation and Improvement Directorate. The role involves coordinating the Dorset Innovation Hub, delivering data-driven insights, and supporting cost-improvement projects across multiple portfolios.

Applicants should have degree-level education or equivalent experience, plus project management training.

Qualifications

• Degree level education, or equivalent knowledge and experience gained through practice.
• Project management or improvement training or qualification.

Responsabilités

• Provide analytical, coordination and delivery support for the innovation and development team.
• Coordinate the operation, events and partner communication of the Dorset Innovation Hub.
• Provide data, analysis and tracking for innovation and cost improvement projects across the Federation.
• Analyse activity, capacity and income information for private patient development.
• Support engagement with clinical and operational teams on private patient development.
• Deliver defined projects and workstreams in its own right.
• Keep the innovation pipeline visible and act as first point of contact for colleagues and partners.
• Agree and review priorities with the line manager, working flexibly across the three portfolios.
