Job summary

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Innovation and Development Project Manager to join the newly created Innovation and Development Team. The post holder will lead the delivery of the team’s work programme, driving innovation and commercial opportunities across Dorset HealthCare, Dorset County Hospital and the wider Dorset health and care system.

This is a full-time role with flexible working; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the Innovation and Development Team's work programme.
• Oversee three portfolios: Dorset Innovation Hub, Federation Innovation and Private Patient Development.
• Undertake analysis and diagnostic work underpinning business cases and work with clinical, operational and finance colleagues to implement changes.
• Line manage the Band 6 Innovation and Development Project Officer.
• Report to the Innovation and Development Programme Manager (Band 8a) and remain flexible across priorities.
