Job summary

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Innovation and Development Project Manager to lead the team’s work programme across three portfolios: Dorset Innovation Hub, Federation Innovation, and Private Patient Development.

You will lead the largest projects and work with clinical, operational and finance colleagues to implement changes, while line-managing the Band 6 officer. This is a fixed-term role with potential secondment and is restricted to internal applicants.

• Proven track record delivering complex projects in health or related settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of the team’s work programme across three linked portfolios: Dorset Innovation Hub, Federation Innovation and Private Patient Development.
• Act as the delivery lead for the largest and most complex projects, conducting analysis and developing business cases.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational and finance colleagues to implement changes; line manage Band 6 Innovation and Development Project Officer.
