Job summary

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is seeking an Innovation Project Manager to drive the lifecycle of innovation initiatives from concept to business adoption. You will bridge innovation and execution across business, technology and legal teams, ensuring projects are well-governed, secure and deliver measurable value.

The role requires structuring ambiguous ideas, delivering executive reporting and coordinating across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering projects in innovation or digital transformation.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience producing business cases, project plans and governance docs.
• Comfort in fast-changing, uncertain environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of innovation initiatives aligned to strategic objectives.
• Manage full lifecycle from idea to deployment and handover.
• Apply Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery as needed.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams to achieve objectives.
• Establish governance, milestones and risk controls.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Partner with Legal, Security and Procurement for risk compliance.
• Support adoption and value realisation post-implementation.
