Job summary

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is seeking an experienced Innovation Project Manager to drive delivery of strategic initiatives across business, technology and innovation. You will convert ideas and emerging technologies into well-governed programs from concept through pilots to business-as-usual.

You will bridge innovation and execution, manage risks and provide executive reporting while ensuring initiatives stay aligned with firm priorities.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering projects within innovation, technology, digital transformation or related environments.
Strong project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience producing business cases, project plans, governance documentation and executive reporting.
The ability to operate effectively in fast-changing and uncertain environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of innovation initiatives aligned to strategic business objectives.
Manage projects through the complete lifecycle, from idea generation through pilots to production delivery and handover.
Apply Agile, hybrid or waterfall delivery approaches according to project needs.
Coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure successful outcomes and delivery against objectives.
Establish governance, milestones and controls; maintain RAID logs and status reports.
Work with Legal, Security and Procurement to align with firm standards and risk requirements.
