Job summary

Lancaster University in the North West seeks an Innovation and Engagement Facilitator to join the CyberFocus team. You will build relationships across academia, industry and regional innovation to identify opportunities for collaboration and support funded projects to maximise impact.

You will engage researchers, businesses and civic partners, plan workshops and enable knowledge exchange, with travel across the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in knowledge exchange or research impact preferred.
• Willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with businesses, researchers and partners across the regional cyber ecosystem.
• Support collaborative projects from early stages through delivery, maintaining momentum.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, innovation catalysts and other collaborative activities.
• Analyse outcomes from projects and contribute to reports and impact activity.
• Align engagement activities with CyberFocus programme objectives to create value.
