Job summary

Vibe Recruit is seeking an Injection Moulding Technician for a permanent weekend night shift role in Tredegar. The position offers a competitive salary of £42,000 - £48,000 plus pension and employee benefits.

You will cover Friday to Sunday nights (12-hour shifts), with the benefit of free time during the week. The role involves setting up, calibrating and running injection moulding machines and working closely with maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Experienced Injection Moulding Technician
• Able to set up calibrate operate and maintain injection moulding machines
• Good at quality inspections of tooling and moulds and minor repairs

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, operate and maintain a range of injection moulding machines.
• Monitor machine operation during production runs and make adjustments as necessary.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose problems and work closely with the maintenance teams.
• Be quality conscious and perform routine inspections of tooling and moulds, performing minor repairs when required.
• Perform tool changes and minimise changeover times

We are currently recruiting for an Injection Moulding Technician for a permanent weekend nights role covering Friday, Saturday and Sunday for an employer of choice in Tredegar. This is an ideal opportunity if you have commitments during the week but are still looking for a permanent role with a competitive salary.

As Injection Moulding Technician you will:

• Set up, calibrate, operate and maintain a range of injection moulding machines
• Monitor machine operation during production runs and make adjustments as necessary
