Job summary

Omega is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join our team on a day shift. In a fast-paced environment, you will manage medium batch runs with frequent tool changes to keep production flowing smoothly and quality high.

You will set and change over injection moulding machines and tooling, optimise processes to improve cycle times, and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime. We offer a stable, long-term opportunity with training and development support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter.
• Regular tool changes in a busy production environment.
• Hands-on problem solving with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Setting and changing over injection moulding machines and tooling.
• Managing frequent tool changes to support medium production runs.
• Optimising processes to improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and maximise output.
• Monitoring production to ensure quality and performance targets are met.
• Troubleshooting issues quickly to minimise downtime.
• Supporting continuous improvement across the shop floor.
