Job summary

Hozelock in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to drive setup, process optimization and quality across 12-hour continental shifts on a 24/7 rotating schedule. You will work with Demag, Arburg, Krauss Maffei and Billion machines to deliver high-quality plastic parts.

You'll troubleshoot processes, adjust parameters, perform routine maintenance, and document production runs while collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with injection moulding and processing.
• Ability to read work instructions and technical docs.
• Experience with Demag, Arburg, Krauss Maffei and Billion machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection moulding machines, ensuring optimal performance.
• Perform process optimization to maintain production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot machine and process issues to minimize downtime and improve part quality.
• Adjust machine parameters to achieve best results.
• Conduct routine quality checks on moulded parts and ensure specs.
• Maintain and clean moulds, injection units and auxiliary equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to improve performance.
• Document production runs, mould changes and machine settings.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and keep a clean work environment.
