Job summary

Injection Moulding Setter role with Evo Personnel Ltd supporting a prestigious manufacturing client in the Burnley area. The position offers a 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern from 06:00 to 18:00 and requires weekend work.

The annual salary is around £40,000. You will be responsible for setting up plastic injection moulding machines, managing cycle times and weights, performing tool changes, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up plastic injection moulding machines.
• Ability to organise cycle times and weights and ensure correct set ups.
• Responsible for tool changes and machine maintenance.
• Able to work to health and safety compliance and complete documentation.
• Works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meets production targets.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection moulding machines to target production.
• Monitor cycle times, weights and ensure proper set ups.
• Report machine breakdowns and minimise downtime.
• Work with production and other departments to meet targets.
• Maintain clean and safe working area.
