Job summary

Genuit Group is seeking a Production Operator for its site in the UK. The role involves taking products from injection moulding, ensuring quality, packing, labelling, and booking production data into SAP and related systems. You will support continuous improvement and maintain safe, clean working conditions.

Work is on a 40-hour week across 3 rotating shifts. Training for MHE will be provided; benefits include Pension, Life Assurance and more. Applicants should be reliable and detail‑oriented.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to collect and enter data into systems accurately.
• Willingness to train to use MHE such as forklift.
• Reliable with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production outputs are achieved on time and in full.
• Maintain quality standards at all times.
• Label, bag/box and palletise products.
• Book production data into SAP and move to stores.
• Support continuous improvement programs.
• Keep a clean and safe working area.
• Handle waste segregation.
• Verify product quality against PIS.
• Print labels and attach to packaging.
• Collect moulding samples for quality checks.
• Record production data in SAP, MATTEC, and Quality Database.
• Move finished goods to warehouse via IFS system.
• Adhere to H&S and environmental requirements.
